NO and VHO

Suppose I hav 2 Normal Output T5 tubes 46.5/48inch and 1 VHO T5 tube 48inch..Will they produce the same PAR?

Could you be more specific? It's like asking what is faster. Chevy or Ford.

I have seen people use 2-3 VHO tubes as actinic supplementation with MH in their tanks.. Can I replace 1 VHO with 2-3 NO tubes.?? will they produce the same intensity(PAR) as the VHO?I need some PAR values if possible..

P.S. 48" VHO uses 110watts and 48' NO uses 40watts

I dont get what your saying. VHO or HO t5? What bulbs are you talking about?
