I ordered a OSMOLATOR two weeks ago and still waiting ....

Received a e-mail ansering the best way of shipping....

Still waiting a e-mail with tracking information or any indication that my order has shipped.

I have emailed Elana from the customer support, with no response.

I have always the best recomendation from your service.

I think they are away and will not be filling orders till next week....at least that's what it says in bold on their website.
