Hi I ordered 4 aquacultured Acropora frags from WI shipped May 03 received in CA, May 04.. was wondering why no heatpacks in the box.. arrived with 69F water at 11:30AM.

corals seems to be ok but I was just wondering if the heatpack was left out intentionally...?

Just for my education purposes.. while I don't expect the water to arrive a nice 80F. what would you say is acceptable temperature for shipping SPS without stressing them?

StrategicReef,

Thank you for your recent LiveAquaria order! Each morning before any orders are packed a designated person will look over the weather for that day, night, and the next day. Depending on the weather in each state there will be ice packs, heat packs, or in your case nothing in the package. This once again will be looked over by a second person before we inform our shipping facilities. We feel very confident with the procedures that are followed.

All LiveAquaria orders are always covered under the 14-day warranty. If you have any concerns regarding your order we would be more than happy to accommodate you in any way you feel is necessary.

We look forward to hearing from you in the near future!
