no jumping - help with a choice

I have a small 30 gallon prop tank tied into my main system. I would really like to keep a fish in it. Currently I have sps/lps/softies along with snails and blue legs in this tank. It is a shallow tank at about 5" but has a nice loop to swim in. The water line is very close to the top.

I had a toby in there for a while, but he jumped out. I skipped feeding him for one day, and I think he jumped to look for food elsewhere. I have lost a wrasse also, obvious they like to jump.

So what kind of fish can I keep in this tank that will stay in the tank? I was thinking maybe a pipe fish. Is only having one in the tank making them unhappy?

first off I would put some type of cover on the tank if you want to keep a fish in it. Then research it out and find a smaller fish that is an algae eater to help maintain the frag tank. I would say a smaller tang but 5" is not alot of depth.
