No Name 400W MH Lights

I don't know much about MH lights let alone what these are. They came with my tank that I recently purchased. I have 2ea. They will more than likely need new bulbs. The date on them is 2003. Asking $50ea.

I'm going to say 120v as I can plug them into any outlet.

looks to be a DIY industrial (hanging) magnetic ballast.
also probably a multi tap (convertable 120/220v)

I would have to agree with Chris. Looks like some sort of hanging ballast. It has an Atlas Electric sticker on it with a model number 400BMH4S.
