No Order Shipment Confirmation or Tracking

I placed an order (#6221) on 10/14. I received a purchase confirmation email that said "An order shipment confirmation will be e-mailed to you the day of shipment". I haven't heard anything back yet on this, nor is there anything under tracking details when I log in and check the order.

I was just wondering the status of my order.

Heather, did you try to call them? They are there most of the time during their posted hours.

same thing happened to me...i got my shipment, then that night i got the tracking information.
