No pics but juvy emperor angle prob

My friend is moving and is going to give me his fish...
He has a juvy emporer angel in the color changing stage but it has almost a white "skull" on its face. its all white and looks almost bony..
Any ideas or dump it back where he got it ??

Sorry I meant imperator.
I dont want to introduce this fish to my tank if its contagious..

What should I medicate him with??
He was wild caught here and had been doing fine
He has other angels thats are great also

My imperator is in the change and the colors just look washed out. Being wild caught it could bring something into your tank that could wipe ouy everything you have. QT is your best bet. From all the pictures I have seen imperators changing the face does get pale. I would medicate with copper, start with low dosing working up from there. When you feed soak the food in garlic and selcon. Try high protein foods with sponge. Good luck. D
