no sick fish

Is anyone reading this fourm familiar with No Sick Fish products for treatment of parasitic infections? Are they really effective or not? I'm dealing with some form of disease/parasite that cannot be seen with the naked eye and is particularly virulent, since UV ster. and feeding garlic soaked foods has not prevented its infestation. All fish were quarentined long enough to be eating robustly for at least a week before they were introduced.
Also the proprietors of the company are out of the country at the moment and cannot provide customer support, so If anyone knows of another sorce of their products that would be helpful as well.
