No Tracking Number???

Hi, I've been desperately trying to find out where my overnight coral shipment is and I never received a tracking number from you so UPS can't even help me. No one is answering at the store, I'm assuming until noon when you guys open for walk-in hours.
This is a major problem, I don't even know if the package shipped, let alone where to. The hold location I gave you isn't even open on saturdays so I hope they have it somewhere else where it can be picked up or I hope you didn't ship it there.
Please contact me asap!
 
I know! Its killing me knowing that some really nice corals are just sitting somewhere and might die because I don't know where they are!

I'm very sorry you did not receive your tracking number. If you have a Spam folder, please check that. We send out 2 emails, invoice and one tracking invoice.

If you can email us, sales@premiumaquatics.com and let us know your order number or full name, i can look up your order as well.

Hi,
I've checked my spam folder and there's nothing there. I've also called the store several times today and have yet to get a response. I've sent several emails to Jeremy with no response either and he's the one who made the sale. I will send one to the sales email also, but at this point its probably too late. If the corals got shipped somewhere they are unable to be retrieved now until monday, which likely means they are going to be DOA.

Hi Jason,

Unfortunately we are not open on Saturday's for phones, only walk-ins. I sent you an email back with tracking, however it looks like delivery attempt was made but the location was closed. Did you happen to check with this facility about their Saturday hours before shipping there?
