No water coming out of the outlet pipe on a 9010

I just plugged in my 9010 and no water is coming out of the outlet pipe, or the hole in back. Any reasons for this? I have the screw adjusted 3 turns like the instructions say.

Mine did the same thing. After checking the plate on the bottom, making sure the attachment under the intake was on right, I called Eric the guy I bought it from and he said make sure the hydrofoamer was pushed all the way up as sometimes they get handled rough and it knocks them out of place. I gave it a little push, heard and pop noise like it had seated and it came right on after that.

Yes it is Roger. I'm using it on the rails hung in my sump now. This way I can add more LR to my sump. Thank you for the response!
