The article says as of now there are no actions being taken. They will consult with local authorities on the issue. I would assume they would leave the lfs alone and focus on the harvesting and importing rather then going after the little stores that have been propogating the same pieces for years. Most of FWC requires some sort of biology degree. So I would assume if they did bring it to a local enforcement level that the ones doing the inspecting would know what they were looking for.
