noise controller box 6100 tunzes

My controller box is making noise 2 weeks after cleaning and soaking pump in vinegar water solution. My other pump hasn't been cleaned during this time and is not a problem. Any ideas other than cleaning? thanks Jeff

I think it is a cleaning issue still, be sure that the hole in the center of the magnet is clear, no debris inside. Also, be sure that the upper bearing is not sticking to the magnet, these parts need to freely rotate on each other.
