I purchased a new 6055 a few weeks ago and have it hooked up to a single controller. It's on about 8 sec interval from lowest power to highest. It has started to make noise(vibration) the past couple days which is pretty bad on the high speed. Any advice?
Are the rubber feet installed on the magnet holder? Please check that the front cover is not loose and that nothing has gotten into the pump and possibly broken one of the propeller blades so it is out of balance.
I took it apart and it had a bunch of silicone like grease on the impellar shaft with alot on the end. It seemed excessive, so I wiped most of it off. It seems to be alot quieter now. Thanks!
