noisy 6060

I have a 6060 and it has started making alot of noise. I cleaned it out which seemed to help for a short while and now its doing it again. The magnet at the base seems to be chipped a little and the bering is stuck in the pump. What do I do now?

I would get the upper bearing out, you can pull it out by threading an M5 screw into the hole in its center. Clean everything, be sure the hole in the magnet center is clear and the brakes smoothly movee in and out. In general these small chips are not a big source of noise.

Thanks I will try that. I have cleaned everything out but that.
