Noisy Tunze Turbelle 6101

Just got the tank full enough to switch on my new Turbelle. I have one that is rather noisy. Its making a vibrating ticking noise that sounds like a small air pump that going bad. Should I return it or is there an easy fix?

The usual culprit will be air in the pump or a loose bearing bush- part 3000.62. Make sure this is pressed in flush and try installing the drive unit under water to be sure that no air is inside.
