Noob Nano Question

I am looking at getting a aquapod 25 gallon tank. I am wanting to know whether I should go for the compact flourescent or the metal halide? The compact has 1-32W square pin Dual Daylight 10000°K/6700°K Daylight bulb, 1-32W square pin Dual Actinic 460nm/420nm Actinic bulb, 2 blue LED lights. The metal halide has a 1 -14000°K HQI Metal Halide light, 6 blue and 6 white LED lights. Which should i go for? I am wanting to get as intricate as possible eventually. Will the metal halide warm my water too much in a 24 gallon tank? Any advice or info would be much appreciated. I know I need to do tons of research and plan on doing so. Wanted to get some input from the board. Thanks.

If you ever want to keep SPS (hard to do in a tank that size) you will need the MH.
Otherwise stick with the PC, won't break the budget.

I'm sure there are heat issues with the MH, maybe someone who has a MH setup can chime in.

I would try to get the metal halide .. If your short on cash ( like colinadam stated) then you should go with power compacts... I have only 40w of power compacts right now and my tank is happy

Regarding the heat question - I have a 250W on a 30g tank and I have to keep a close eye on the temp. During the winter it's usually okay, but can get up around 86 in the summer when the house is a little warmer (73/74). A few hours at that temp is fine, but sustained temperatures over 84 can kill some corals.
