Nori Seaweed, Roasted or dried?

I was wondering if anyone knows what is best type of Nori Seaweed to feed my fish. I want to buy some bulk sheets.

I used dried sheets that I get at my LFS. It feeds two Tangs, a Flametail Blenny, a Spotfin Anthias, and even my Blue Sapphire Damsel takes a bite. I'd stick with dried over roasted due to the nutrients lost in the roasting process.

You want nori that is dried only. No roasting, seasoning, or anything else.

To be safe, you may want to stick with nori made for saltwater fish such as that from Two Little Fishies.

I dont think it matters roasted or non-roasted. My buddy and I have been feeding roasted for years without issues.

I feed mostly mysis, pe mysis, and pellets(ON-2 and NLS), and occasional flakes.

Gee....I still feed turnip greens, frozen to soften them. I've fed both types of nori. Instinct ( a never mentioned skill to have in this hobby) says avoid the roasted. But I just don't know if it matters.
