Normal post-meta balling?

This is the first batch I've gotten to post-meta(40or so). They are balling in two large groups. The odd thing is, some seem to lay flat on the bottom for a few seconds before moving again. I sometimes think they are dead, but then they move again. Is this normal balling for post-meta perculas?

I think so. Mine have done that, but I'm not sure mine are normal!

Check your alk. and make sure you have either lots of air or if you're on a central system plenty of turnover

Derek,
Checked the alk and it was a little low. I have 3 stones in the tank at this time, so I don't think it is air. I'm starting to use newly made water, since they are all post-meta. I think the alk should line out after a couple of cleanings.
