North American dedicated support forum

We are very pleased to announce that we are about to launch a North American dedicated support foum, this will proved support for ALL GHL products sold in this region.

This new forum does not supercede the official forum which is the global source for all GHL support, but as many in this region like more localised support we have created you your own forum!

What does this mean?

No further tech support will be provided on Reef Central by us, as you now have TWO dedicated forums for this. This allows for easier product catagorised resource. If you wish to still offer each other advise then we are happy of course for this here.

The new forum will be moderated by GHL experienced users

Reef Central will remain the #1 place for product announcements and fun product chat, for example sharing set up info etc.

Moderators - we are seeking 3 moderators to help run this forum, these moderators will receive reward from us for supporting the NA market. Please email us at sales@aqua-digital.com for details.

not everyone has signed up yet, if you want support from now on thats where it will be so its important you get your account activated.

The new support forum is gathering pace, thanks to everyone that has signed up, it makes providing support so uch more efficient.

We have put into place two protection modes on the site, one is spam o matic and the other is a pre approval, dont worry your registration during day time hours will be expedited seemlessly, but if you sign up after around 9pm at night we will get to activating the account by about 8am the following day.

If you have trouble accessing after this let us know, but we do not forcee any issuus.
