I honostly don't remember where I got my light rails from. I do know they are usually meant for plant lighting and used with a motorized trolley. I obviously don't use the motorized part. Google something like "motorized light rails". They are made of aluminum so they will never rust.
 
Yeah, they work great. The web site is kind of screwy, but you can find the products available through online horticulture suppliers.
 
Couple Updates:

All the rock and rubble was removed from the sumps last weekend and I sucked out all the detritus. Two of the sumps are now bare and one has a large amount of cheato in it as well as a 20 gallon portion that has a DSB, sponges, feather dusters, crabs, damsels, snails, and pods.

I am going to clean the skimmer sump this weekend and do a partial water change. That way all the sumps will be cleaned up and I will see if that will help with the nitrate problem (now at 15ppm)...

I have noticed that the new food I am using has had a positive effect on my fish and a few corals. My anthias are starting to get some deep colors I have not seen before! Ol' Big Blue has come around 100% now. His fins and nose are completely healed and his blue body is turning ELECTRIC!!!
 
My fish like your food too, even the Achilles tang likes it so that's a plus! Unfortunately some of the pieces get wasted though as they are a bit large for my little fish. The shrimp and hermits like those pieces though. I haven't noticed a difference in y fish yet but it may be coming...
 
I used to do a mix of Mysis, Spirulina Brine, Butterfly/Angel food, Cyclopeeze, Reef Chilli, Selcon, and Garlic Extreme daily in addition to the weed clips. I still do occasionally but not as much since I started with Dave's food. The only thing with his recipe that I'd change for my tank is the size of some of the pieces due to smaller fish. The rest of it is perfect!
 
I have got to hit him up for that. I have seen many people making their own fish food but i am scare not doing it right or making it too fine...
 
Particle size is VERY important, particularly if you don't have anemones in the tank. Fish get excited by smell, but seem to pick food to taste by size. If it's not the right size, they will swim right by it.

Wrasses love to pick stuff way too big, wrestle with it, and sometimes choke to friggin' death. Yes, it has happened in my tank. And I don't recommend cyclopeeze type fine foods in most cases. It would be better for the tank if you were able to strain it through a very fine net IMO, but one thing I know loves it, are aptaisia! :D
 
This is my DIY Fish Food method borne out of Marc's (melev) reefcast.

I tend to vary ingredients from batch-to-batch, and the last batch I made had no aquarium foods in it except for spirulina pellets. Again, I was searching for an organic version when I decided to shut my system down. I would prefer to stay away from any product with fillers, ethoxyquin, etc. and I am sure it's out there in the health food market somewhere.

Any feedback on the seaweed I shipped with Big Blue?
