We just started the hobby and we would like to find people that love the hobby as much as we do and meet up. Perhaps buy products online all together to get a better price or obtain something that the local store do not have, which is something we are facing right now. Plus is so much more fun when we can share what we love with other ppl.

You want to look at DFWMAS. Monthly meetings are usually in Grapevine. I just joined last month. They are hosting MACNA in September.
