Not even sure if its an sps?

Have had this for over 6/8months and the only growth is those little nubs. Looks almost fuzzy and does get retracted when bothered. Probably something simple Im just over looking it, also encrusts around the bottom and onto the rock it is on, upper 1/5th of the tank with 4/80w T-5s.

It looks like a cactus coral, Pavona. This one is an SPS.
