Not getting email response (twice)

Last month I contacted Ecotech via their website regard having flashing green light on one of my MP10's. I got no response but found the answer by googling. This week I emailed about loud noise on the wet side of my other MP10 and again no response since Sat. What gives? I always had fast response before.

Just in case it pops up in search for people:

I tend to check my spam folder on my iPhone using the Apple app and it has some stuff in there, but if I actually use the Gmail app or website, I have a LOT more. I've found several things stuck in there that never made it to the Apple app.

After investigating further I did locate an issue with our email system. That said, we appreciate your patience and everyone should have their emails answered within the next day or so.

Had the same problem about a month back. Never got a response from my email. I also thought it was pretty lame support closed at 2PM PST. I realize you're back east, but how hard is it to staff a few folks to take care of the left coast.
