Do any of you know or can tell me what sort of flow i will be looking at producing for a wartyskin frog fish species tank.

I have been told that high flow can be stressful for these.

Is this true?

I wouldn't go for more than 10x tank turnover per hour. There shouldn't be any dead spots in the tank, but several areas of low current where he can rest comfortably is advisable.
