not happy

Hi, I purchased over $200 worth of stuff on the 5th and I find out my oder is expected to arrive on the 13th. Shipping from west coast to east coast is like 5 to 6 days, why is mine taking 8 days? The order did not leave CA until yesterday. What gives?

The other time I purchased from your store, I phoned in the order, this time I purchased online. So this leaves me to believe that there is a delay if you order online. Oh and I ordered from another online store on the same day and it arrived today! Saturday! I didn't pay for any special delivery either and it came from CA as well.

I think this is my last order with Marine Depot. What a shame since my first experience was a great.

Your order came to us on the 5th at 6:44pm Pacific time and it was processed and shipped on the 6th. Transit time to your State is 5 business days via UPS ground service, which is the carrier that we used, so that puts your delivery date on the 13th of June. The package is on time and should be delivered on the 13th as you saw on UPS's website.
