Not heard about my order

Hi sorry to bother you but I ordered a piranha magnet and scraper two saturays ago, I have tried emailing several times to the orders and sales dept. But have reciieved no reply. I was wondering if this has been shipped or if there is a problem as I was informed a shipping number would be issued.

The order was to be shipped to Thailand.

Sorry to hear you have not heard back yet. We respond to all emails the same day they are received. It sounds like there is an issue either on our end or your end with the email coming through. Hi just to let all know, I made the mistake of not checking my junk mail where some of the correspondance had ended up.
Suffice to say the oreder has now been shipped.
