Not in the pink brainer

I have a pink open brain--that turned white almost over night. In hindsight I think it was too close to the halides but it had been there for a month.
I thought it was dead so I placed it in the bottom of the fuge--it is definetly not dead--in the morning it has all the polyps out and moving and will eat mysis.
The question is: will it regain its colour?

it was probably pink because it was bleached to begin with. it just kept on loosing its color, and now its white. But if you keep it under lower light and feed it, it will slowly regain its color over months, it might be rewarding. good luck!
