Not sure whats wrong...

Hello,

I was looking at my fish tank everything seems fine except one of my fish. He seems to be swimming next to some life rock and then he swims into it like to scratch his head and then he does it again and again. I looked where he is scratching and it looks normal. How come he is scratching himself?

from what im learning it may be ich disease.From what I have learned they will rub up against sand,rocks,anything to scratch at the parasites.Maybe the white spots will show up soon? Hope not.

Yep. What kind of fish? Get him out to qt, and observe him until he breaks out in whatever it is---you need to know before you treat.
