not sure which fish has internal parasites

I noticed a long white stringy like feces floating around my tank today, I am thinking one or more of my fish might be infected with internal parasites. If this is the case is there a way to treat the whole tank? I have a shrimp and a bunch of crabs and snails as well as feather dusters in my tank along with a clown, royal gramma, lm blenny, and keyhole angel.

Is there any medication that is safe for all

I have had good experiencew with Gel-Tek series. Tetracycline in particular
