That sucks. That pic is of the 1 you had? My new saddleback wrasse is running the tank chasing everyone. I cant wait to get the sohal to put him in his place.
 
Got a few more additions today that went thru a bad weekend and had die off. I figured i would pick them up and trim off the dead stuff and try to revive them.

I have had good success with a few frags that were browned out or had a severe loss in color. My orange cap frag was a very pale orange and came back like a champ. I really dont think the bright green acro will make it but it was worth a shot and was thrown in for me. Only time will tell.

doing well thanks. na life is the same before and after the ring. been playing guitar alot and not paying attention to fish. almost sold the tank but I think the lady might have backed out or she is too busy. no big deal either way but I have been thinking of passing it on anyway. she is the only reason we still have it and she actually said it could go. so for the right offer it would go pretty fast.

Rob keep me in mind if you do decide to sell it. I need to slow down on the tank myself. It has turned into an obsession....lol. I need to start filling the bank account instead of constantly filling the tank. Glad to hear things are good for you.
 
Im thinkin about it. Im going back and forth on doing the nano streams. But maybe the 2 6080 and a couple controllable nanos would work too. Maybe some of your colonies if you end up parting out.
 
Thanks Joey. Im hopin the pull thru and have some good color. It would be great to have some small colonies and not just a bunch of frags. Only a couple more days for my new toy....lol

I had a bunch of family over tonight for dinner and everyone was in love with the tank. It made it all worth the time, effort and money. I actually stood back and looked at the tank and took it all in and am very satisfied now. I think i can actually take a break from spending so much and let things grow now.
 
Thats cool man, thats that good feeing their. I wont feel that till my 210 is up, but Im done with spending money on my 55gal.
 
Ive said im done spending money 100 times and i see something i gotta have. Im just gonna try to save and get my ro/di and eventually a calcium reactor and just buy some very bright corals like the blue daddyjax has in his.
 
Sorry i just cleared a bunch out. I do not know where he got his sps's from but i would love to know. I will try shooting him a pm. I tried to get him to frag me a piece of the bright blue with green polyps but had no luck. If we can find out im up for a road trip or group order to get some of those.
