bad stuff first...
went to order online through the website and twice my credit card info didn't get to them. so they held my order. they said they emailed me but i never got one.
good stuff...
i e-mailed jose and told him how i had a tank that was 10 das behind now. I won't say the details, but he was very reasonable and we worked something out. I would highly reccomend ordering over the phone, however, their return policy sucks. so just pray you get the right items.

As standard procedure, we contact customers when their orders are being held or when there are any delays or exceptions. I'll look into why that did not happen here and make sure it handled properly in the future.

That said, these things do happen. One of the things that make us stand out is we do everything we can to right the wrong.
