In my 15G nano tank with softie has po4 = 0.10 and no3 = 0.5
few weeks ago i had 4 ricordea about 1 inch diameter, 2 melted away a couple a weeks ago, 2 are fine and spread open

not sure if this is related with my fish dead

I had a clown goby, Eye Combtooth Blenny and a clown fish

last fish was added about 1 month ago

since i hear clicking noise during the night i pretty sure from sound is a pistol shrimp

4/5 days ago clown goby disappear, did not notice any stange activity and was eating the day before, so i thought the pistol shrimp caught it during the night even if i read that they should not attach fish

the day after the Eye Combtooth Blenny wasn't swimming and had a scratch on his top, but i'm not sure if he got scratching against a rock or if is the disease

no white spots, the picture was taken the last day i saw it

the day after the clown seem to have some powder on its body, it eat till day before

so i rush to the LFS and bought a small acrylic tank and a "white spot" marine meds

after 2 days it is still eating, when i got in there is was breading fast
it has like big salt spots if light him from above whit a led light
without light they are difficult to notice

The pictures aren't really clear enough to be sure, but to me this looks like Brooklynella. A bacterial infection would also be possible, but less likely with the described history.

The most reliable treatment against Brooklynella is with formalin. A 45 minute bath (1ml formalin 37% per 3.8 liter) and then the fish needs to go into a new clean tank to prevent reinfection.
If necessary this needs to be repeated daily, including moving the fish to a uninfected tank.

A bacterial infection would need a broadband antibiotic (Kanamycin, Nitrofurazone, Amoxicillin, Ciprofloxacin, ...)

something happen 2 weeks ago, i did change my tunze nano from default intake to surface skimmer that day turbo spawn and i thought that my water got clouded because of turbo spawn but it took almost one day to clear

water had same color that gets when bacteria brakes into a new tank

if is a bacteria infection how do i know when my display tank is safe to hold my fish?

If it was me I would treat against Brooklynella with formalin dips - the white skin patches and the clamping of the fins are the typical brook symptoms.

After dip you would keep the fish in display tank or in temporary tank?
In display tank I have only shrimp and snails

Temporary (quarantine or hospital) tank! And you can't be using anyting from the display tank without thorough disinfection.
In the display he would just get reinfected with whatever he has.
The display tank has to be without fish for a minimum of 6 weeks.
