I am using a six bulb 48'' Tek light with all Giesemann bulbs that are less than a year old. Two actinics, two aqua blue+ and two midday. My problem is that nothing is growing nor is it dying and the tank color is very yellow and nothing "POPS''. The two actinics look fine it's the midday and the very dim aqua blue that I need sugestions on replacing. Again I would like to start adding more things to my tank and want them to grow and stand out.

Have you had noticeable growth at any time before this lighting? How new are you to coral and are you familiar with the rate of growth associated with the coral you have? What types of coral do you have?
I'm new to all of this and not sure what everything is called but I know that something is not right with my lighting. I just want to replace the four bulbs with something that provides a better groath rate and color. When I look at the actinic + one of the bulbs is very dark almost looking like it's about to burn out.

10k is really kinda yellow. Try 12 or 14k's and the 460n. 2 Actinics and the rest 12k bulbs.

I think if your willing to drop a few extra bucks on better quality lights give ATI a shot. Id suggest 2 blue plus and 2 blue specials for a nice balance between color and growth. more 12k for better growth but less vibrant colors.
