Was looking at the tank and noticed my sps lacked PE and nothing was looking that happy...and the one frag of zoas I have was closed up. Started do water tests and everything looked good and then I thought well let me check salinity this is something I dont normally do unless I am doing a water change.
Checked it and it read 1.22 not sure how it happened but somehow my ATO must of stayed on for some period of time. So I cleaned my ATO switch and made some fresh SW for a water change that was a bit on the high side of salinity 10 gallons of 1.30 and used it to do a 20% water change and got my salinity up to 1.25 I will get it to 1.26 from top offs.
Just showed me that I need to check my salinity a couple times a week as well now. to make sure everything is stable.
