nova t5 fixtures

can ne1 tell me how many nova t5 slimpac lights i would need for a 90 gallon?
the tubes are no so they are a bit brighter than a standard
40 watt t8 or t12
watts per tube is 28
im thinking 4- 6
i have a few softie frags and 1 acropora frag

my current setup is 2 odno 36" shoplights (2 actnic and 2 10k)
bulbs are getting old

i am also looking for the nova extreme t5ho slimpaqs but not in a fixture
individual slimpaqs
does ne1 know where i can get these
if i do get the extremes would the 4 x 54w or the 8 x 54 w be suitable for my setup (i know the 8 bulb setup would probably be overkill)

Go High Output, and get the individual icecap reflectors, and 5 or 6 should do well for you. Softies would probably do well with 6 normal output, but don't expect phenomenal growth. Also, spectrum will play a big part in color/growth.
