Now I Bought A Divers Den Anemone

Oh, no. :( I'll keep my fingers crossed for you, it's stressful waiting in weather like this. I had a package arrive in a blizzard too--it was fish/inverts and the inverts survived, but the fish died. Hoping that your nem will do well.

yea its frustrating im glad i didnt add anything to the order i feel like i will get all the money back if its far gone plus its still only 11

mine was checked in at fed ex at 2:30 pm and it arrived at 10:20 am, so it was bagged for 20 hours. my heat packs were still warm. there werre 2 both tapoed to the top. tons of peanuts... blocking the heat..

It was snowing/bad weather here in c bus that day. your 2 1/2 hours from me, so lets pray for 1:00 delivery.

oh, was yours flown? i think mine was driven from wisconsin. (never know cause my tracking dident work)

oh another thing. I paid the extra ten dollars for shipping. (cant remember what is was called) did you? if not, id expect 3:00 by the latest. I know the green nem got upgraded shipping as well

how big was the nem agian? I think your going to be alright. How long does it take for each degree of heat to go down i wonder? at 56 degrees mine started inflateing within ten minutes of being hung in the tank. (raised to like 65 degrees i think)

and i raised the heat of mine really fast, that dident bother it either. Like i said, if you get it today at any point, i bet it'll be ok.

oh, fed ex has to refund your FULL shipping cost for screwing it up. my ups dude filled me in on all that cause i was freaking out lol

i paid for the 10:30 shipping and live aquaria put the ten bucks back on my card
as of now its still in cleveland
Tourkid nothing on fed is driven exept pick up and delivery fed ex overnight is all flying here is the journey the nem has taken so far

LA is busting their butts calling fed ex to see why it is still sitting in their facility and i it is possible to have it held at the fed ex place here in wooster instead of it taking two truck rides

Good luck, man...I'm sure it'll be in great condition when you get it.

Stupid Wisconsin winters...so bad for shipping temperature-sensitive creatures...and also for walking to class...hehe

That's awesome. You should post in their forum that they are working so hard for you, so other people know. I hope they can get it held for you, it would be so much better for the poor 'nem to not have to go on a truck after all it's already gone through.

I am so going to cry my eyes out if it doesn't make it. I swear this is almost as tense as if it were my own critter being shipped.

lets see it get here then i can post my feedback

You can't really blame LA for what appears to be a shipping issue...and they ARE presumably doing what they can to be sure it makes it there okay.

well its here does not look good
both sides look the same and it is about the same size as silver dollar i think the mouth is totally inside out. aclimating for one and half hours then it goes in tank

slakker i dont blame them for anything to do with shipping but it came in at 60 degrees heat pack was cold plus i dont think they could do that much to heat it for this long in such asmall box without putting too many heatpacks in and cooking it

so glad its there!!!!!!!!!! remember, i thought mine was 'critical' and I changed my mind after about 20 minutes. Good luck!!!!!!
