Saturday around 4 am I syphoned 5 zoas eating India off of 2 of my bigger rocks. Is there any method to rid of these pests besides dipping my rocks ?

In all seriousness I added a yellow wrasse when I found a few. That was the end of that

Yellow Coris , Green Seagrass or Malanurus wrasse good work horses combined by manual removal, dipping affected colonies and inspecting coral/scrapping egg masses off should help you.
