Nudi?? What is it?

I have found these in the back section of my bio cube 29gal tank. does anyone have any suggestions?? good bad or ugly?? Would this be the reason my zoa's are disappearing? wilting away and dying?<br><br>

does nobody know what these things are? soft slimey white/creamy colored only found so far in back of the bank.
