So I found what appeared to be a zoo eating nudi on my tank glass... I removed it and don't see any others and my zoa frags all seem healthy. Should I worry and pick up something and dip the corals? I have 3 frags only. Any suggestions are appreciated.
Give them a fresh water dip ~ 5 minutes or so and inspect the zoa stalks for egg spirals. If you find egg spirals just scrape them off with the side of a toothpick. Wear protective gloves and eye wear when working with zoas.

I did that with my largest frag and didn't find anything but I am insure if the eggs are inside the frag. Some zoas began falling off is that a sign of nudi damage?
More than likely it might not of been a zoanthid eating nudibranch on the glass. But for your piece of mind and properly caring for the corals and their health. I would dip them and keep an eye out on them.
I had zoa eating nudis once upon a time...they ate the skirts, not the bases. The fresh water dip and scraping/sucking the eggs out of your tank is a good idea though for sure. And the eggs could be anywhere, not just on/by the zoas.
I never ever put a Coral in One of My Tanks Without and Aggressive Bayer Dip and Egg Inspection under a High Powered Magnifying Glass Used by Coin Collectors.
