'Nursing' Fish?

This thread is more-so for personal experience and some fun stories of fish/coral that you got from others that weren't in the greatest shape and 'nursed' them back to health. I just picked up a Yellow Tang from my LFS that was brought in by some random person and it looks horrible, Dorsal fins were nipped almost completely off and if it wasn't for the shape you'd never guess it's suppose to be yellow. Anyone else have some fun stories or some before and after pictures?

I nursed two little regal angels back to health that were slowly starving to death at a local store. Just posted an update yesterday:

It's now 42 days since I got the regals and the dominant one has fully recovered by now. This is how they looked when I got them:

The left one is the dominant.

And this is how he looks now:

Though I had to separate the two for now - the fin-nipping got a bit out of hand. The submissive one is still a bit skinny and needs to fully recover as well to be able to stand up against the other one. I will put them back together when both are equally fat.
