Nutri-SeaWater - anyone tried it?

I tried it. it is fine but is kinda pricey for something i can do myself and warm up. plus the salinity for that is 1.027 so i have to bring it down a bit to match my tank

for a 90 gallon tank, at around $25 bucks for a 4.5 gallon jug it is expensive.

my best friend SWEARS by it for us NANO guys!

I used it with no issues in my 29 gallon. If you have a bigger tank its much more cost effective to make your own water.

If you believe their web site (and I do not believe it all since it is internally inconsistent), the salt is total CRAP:

http://www.nutriseawater.com/

Despite saying:

"The salinity level of this product is natural (untouched) from the ocean. If you desire a lower salinity level add Reverse Osmosis water."

it reports way, way too much sodium (50% more than seawater), way too much potassium (66% more than seawater), almost no calcium (way less than 1 ppm!!!), way too much bromide (45% more than seawater), way too much magnesium (63% more than seawater), way too much chloride (53% more than seawater)
