pennekamp is protected, you cant collect from there. alot of the keys i think is protected too, but the majority of around here isnt.

Most of the keys is not protected. From what I have heard, A good rule of thumb, if you are allowed to fish or lobster(and keep them) in an area you should be able to collect. Pennekamp is protected but most of the other areas are not. Just check before you collect.
