OC Clowns hang near top of tank always

Just like the title says. I have 2 OC Clowns that since getting them(a month ago) they have ALWAYS hung out near the top front lip of the tank. Tank perimeters look good, they willingly eat what ever I put in the tank. I figured since they were the only 2 fish in the tank I might add a few more. So this past weekend I got a Diamond Goby and a Neon Dottyback. Still nothing and hanging out at the top of the tank. Any ideas? The goby and dottyback seem well adjusted already and look fatter then since I got them on Saturday.

Mine go to the top and beg for food anytime someone comes near the tank.

That's quite normal for clowns to stay near the surface while they acclimate. I had one stay on it's side behind a powerhead for weeks. How long has your tank been set up?
