Occelaris - white bumps on face

We have two 3/4" occelaris (tank raised/tank bred) in a 15 gallon. I noticed a week and a half ago a discoloured flat white area on her nose. My husband noticed today they are have turned into visible small bumps/growths. They are small and there is no way I could take a good picture. Its like something white is growing from the face and looks like raised nostrils. The other occelaris looks fine. Neither is flashing and both are eating.

Tank info:
Set up for 3.5 months. 17.5 lbs of live rock. (more b/c base rock is probably cured by now)
Fish were added four weeks ago.
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrates between 5 and 10
PH 8.3
Temp 79
Alkalinity 8 drops
20% water change today (weekly).
Salt at 1.024

We did notice her belly is a bit round but there were a ton (huge number) of amphipods in the tank before these fish were added. Nothing else in the tank but soft corals and a cleanup crew.

It is only these two bumps right now (gone from flat to raised). I am not sure what this could possibly be or if it needs to be treated.

I don't want to treat without knowing what this could be. I also don't want to not treat asap if its needed. Please advise!

Thanks.
