Ocean Runner 3700 specifications

Hey Jason,

I was wondering if you could give me the dimensions of the Ocean Runner 3700, which is a needlewheel modified version of of the ocean runner 3500... also could you tell me the wattage, it says that it is 65 watts, but it seems like it would be slightly more considering it pumps 900 gph at 0 feet head.

Also, could you tell me what fittings are included... like say a volute venturi setup on the intake so it can suck in bubbles from the input into the needlewheel impeller. One last question, could you tell me the connections to the pump, like say whether I can use standard PVC fittings (ie. mpt/npt, fpt) I know the 2500 uses 3/4" inlet and 3/4" outlet mpt, but what about the 3700?

Thanks,
John H.

Hi,

The dimensions of the pump are 5" x 7" x 7". The tag on the pump indeed reads 65W @ 110V 60Hz. Compared to other pumps on the shelf the power consumption is low but not out of line.

The 3700 we have on the shelf, includes the pump only. It has a union fitting for the outlet and a mpt fitting for the outlet. These are the same pumps used on the Turbo Flotor 5000 series, so I suspect the sizes to be metric. As soon as I can confirm the sizes I will post them here.
