who else has one? I just got an awesome deal on one "reef ready" at my lfs only $275 alot better than the $350 Ive seen the else where. anyways I will be upgrading to it next week and I would like to see some pics of sps dominated oceanic rimless tanks

I've seen these in person as well. they're amazing looking tanks. Nice dimensions and rimless. There's one either in the rimless aquarium thread or the minimalist aquascaping thread. Not sure which.

saw these in person yesterday. While they are nice, the built in overflow box is HUGE! I swear it takes up half of the depth in the middle of the tank. I wouldn't buy one for that reason alone. If they used the same, slimmer, overflow box like they do on their tech series tanks, it would be a lot better imo. Also, the middle over flow placement is kind of odd as well, it would look so much better in the corner, especially being how large it is...

Hmm.. I don't remember the overflow box being so large. You could be right though. I'll have to take a look. Most overflow boxes are too big IMO. I heard some of the manufacturers were moving their overflows toward the center because they're less likely to fail than corner overflows.

yeah, it's pretty big imo, especially being that this tank is only 18" wide.

yeah the overflow takes up alot of space, its like 4"x8". I am seriously considering tearing it out and making my own with a sleeker look
