Oceanic tech series 120 tank

I am thinking of purchasing the Oceanic Tech Series tank in the near future. The reason I'm interested is because of the Starphire glass on 3 sides and the way the tank is laid out for overflows. Does anyone have any opinions of the tank or pictures of the tank?

It looks like it's designed very well but I am wondering if there are any drawbacks to the tank.

I have a 90 gallon tech tank and stand on order. The build quality from what I have seen in person looks excellent. From what I know though, the tech series only has starphire glass on the front.

From what I read, when the Techs were first released they only had the front Starphire. The newer ones are 3 sided, I know mine is. I got mine a few months ago.

It is built very well and I love the glass doors on the stand you can access from 3 sides. The Starphire glass edges are beveled and polished and has black silicone which looks awesome IMO.

The Euro braced top can be a problem if you are planning to use Sea Swirls etc. but other than that, I have no complaints except for the price...

I have the 120 Tech and cherry stand and purchased it in March '07. I spoke directly to the reps. from Oceanic at "That Fish Place" Anniversary Sale at that time, and they insisted that ONLY the front was starphire.

Yeah i believe they change it when they were brought to just the front being starphire. They sure want a lot for these tanks....
