merseyman, what time do you think you will come? for this pickup I'll definately need to be at home since there are pumps a plenty to be picked up. I will PM you my cell phone number.

I've gotten successful pickups from SWFanatic and goslugsgo. Goslugsgo (chris) also picked up Miracles and Fishnerd's units as well. That 8 way is quite the monster!

thanks merseyman, yes please pickup for me. i am currently out of town already and ed says that he can pickup from you for me anytime except sat/sun as he's out of town. since you're picking up late friday, most likely he can pickup from you sometime on Monday. can you PM me your address & cellphone # so i can forward to Ed? thanks. i will have Ed give you a few dollars to help with the gas & toll.
 
... I live at 521 Central #2, SF, 94117. My cell is 415.378.4458. I will pick-up the stuff tonite. Unfortunately, I will be on call for work starting Sat thru the 12th. That means I will definitely be gone some of those days (I'm a flt attendant), but I don't know which. I'll guess that I'll be gone Saturday, so if anyone needs their stuff immediately, they can pick-up tonite, probaly around 10:30-11pm, or pick-up themselves. Otherwise I'll keep everyone posted as my schedule shapes up.

Will give you a call when you are off being on call and arrange pickup. If it's more convenient to setup something earlier, Ed can be reached at 888-305-3542. He will be returning tonight from a long weekend.

... OK. I will be free of work this Thur-Sat. Other than very late Saturday, I can arrange to be around anytime during those three days. I'd like to have Raddogz and UCanDoIt pick-up their stuff sometime during those days if at all possible. Give me a call and we'll set up a time. I'll also take Carloskoi's stuff into FedEx then and figure out shipping costs. Cheers.
 
I just heard from Ed, his computer, cellphone & phone system was out for almost 2 days. He will call merseyman today to make an appointment to pickup my order.

... I'm not actually using it yet, but I plugged my SS compact V.2 in yesterday and was disappointed with the sound level. I listened to a 4-way in the same situation and it was almost silent. Mine makes a soft grinding, or gear-like sound. The 4-way just makes a slight, steady hum. My sound is more irregular. I didn't have another SS to compare it to. What's been the experience of those who ordered SSs? Thanks.
Also: Ed is on his way to pick-up UCDI's unit, Raddogz is coming over tomorrow, and I am going to get a quote @ fedex for Carloskoi today.
 
you should talk to paul at OM (paul@oceansmotions.com) he will definately be able to help you out. the grinding sounds like a defect =/ if so paul or cass over at OM will definately fix it for you. keep us updated.
 
thanks merseyman, Ed just called me and says he has my unit in hand. he's going to test it this week and then we're schedule to do my install next weekend.
