I don't know anything about Ocean Motions, where can I get more info and feedback on their performance? 20% off sounds like a great deal. I am currently on a 100g RR tank project and have no idea what I would really need. Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

I've been trying to do a little research on this. My LFS as well as both my aquarium maintenace techs don't know anything about Ocean Motions equipment. Will a return Eheim 1260 pump be strong enough to get good decent flow through this device? Also, how does this device install on a acrylic tank as I noticed most of the examples are on open top glass tanks.

You can use any pumps. The stronger the pump the higher model of OM you need to get. How much flow is depend on your pump not the OM device. OM doesn't help increase/cut dow the flow. It helps to create random flow. With a 635GPH pump, you might want to get a two ways Squirt.

I'm surprised that your aquarium techs don't know about this device.

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to back out of this buy (yes, at the last moment I know). The remnants of the roof leaking - mold & mildew (from the last rain storms) means money goes towards the house vs. the hobby.
