ocelaris clowns

i have two ocelaris clowns in my 55 gal tank no other fish in there have live rock and snails and hermits thats it,I have been told that when they pair up they really stick together most of the time well mine dont they do hang around each other but not stay together one is big and the other is small could they not be paired up yet the big one does keep the small in check sometimes should i add another one i know its not a good idea but could that help them to stay together

give it time and dont add a third unless you want to take big risk of it being killed.

how long have they been in there?

they will pair eventually. do not add a third or one will probably get killed.
